can any one help.? my boy lost his phone 16 months a go. he's 11 he can't remember his pin code.and now the phone is asking for a post code. every time he trys the phones time limit incressese.it's a MYC5-2V

I think you mean PUK code not Postcode (that's to do with postal addresses! To get your PUK code you will have to contact the network provider who should be able to provide it to you.
