I purchased a Sagem 500c in France 1 year ago over the xmas period.When I 1st used the phone in January 2008 had problems with charging so returned to Leclerc in Perigueux France. They have a no exchange policy after 28 days even though I had not used the phone. They returned the phone to Sagem and it came back after 6 weeks much the same. Did not hold charge for longer than 2 days!!Had endless problems, tried to contact Sagem support 6 times and had no reply, Leclerc are useless!!The phone is now completely dead and I have purchased a new charger but still not working. Anyone have any ideas other than purchase a Nokia or Ericsson> My 10 year old Ericsson still works.
