I have a Sagem My X5-2 which I bought when I lived in Ireland, the phone was provided in a combined package with provider Meteor (the price was reduced but you could not switch provider unless you let the phone be unlocked specially)
When I left Ireland I did pay to have the phone unlocked and now I have a SIM card of Vodafone CZ inside. All works fine, i just cannot figure out though how to block someones number so that this person cannot text or call me anymore.
In my phone book all names and numbers are stored, but when clicking on a name I only have options such as Call, Delete, Change Name, etc. No option to block the number.
Then I also have in the settings menu an area called "Black List" (the icon looks like a stop sign along the road with a white stripe on red background) but when clicking to open this it just says "empty" (as in: no numbers stored in the blocked list) but without option to add a number to that blocked list.
So how do I go about to block numbers? THe option must exist somewhere, that blocked list is not there for no reason. I just hope changing SIM card and provider when I emigrated did not disable that option
Sagem helpdesk refer me to Vodafone because they provide the SIM card but Vodafone shops refer me to Sagem because the phone was designed by them
