I bought a sagem USB cable to connect My850V mobile phone. When connecting the cable the phone starts to charge battery but a message pops up: a problem occured during installation your new hardware might not work properly. (Windows XP).

And the Sagem Driver Setup says:

No supported devices found!
Please disconnect and reconnect the device you want to install and turn it on.

Tried it several times different USB ports - no luck. Any ideas?? My old sagem phone worked just fine. Please help.
